New Feature: Custom demographics comes to the DrChrono EHR
Customize Your Patient Demographics
The ability to customize your patient demographics has just arrived. Now, if you’d like to add patient information that aren’t by default available in drchrono, you can use custom patient demographics to add any custom fields you would like to include in your patient charts.
To get started, either click on the ‘Manage Custom Patient Demographics’ link on the demographics page (Demographics > Demographics Tab) directly from your navigation bar by selecting Account > Custom Fields > Patient Demographics. Here, you can create, modify, reorder, or remove custom demographics. Your custom demographics will then be available below the standard demographics in your patient’s chart.
This feature is available now in the drchrono EHR for all plan types.
