New Feature: Save Signatures on the EHR/EMR Mobile App

Saving Signatures in the EHR/EMR App Message Center

With the newest version of the EHR/EMR App, the message center gains the ability to save your signature for future use. Now instead of signing a document with your finger each time, you can use a saved signature instead.

To use this feature, simply tap on the ‘Save’ button when you sign a document and your signature will be kept for future documents. Here you can move around and resize your signature as needed.

How to sign messages in the EHR/EMR App

To sign messages and subsequently save your signatures in the EHR/EMR App, visit your message center and select any new message. On the the message, there will be a ‘Copy to Patient Record’ button which brings you to the signature page.

At the bottom of the signature page, an icon at the bottom of the page will allow you to view and add saved signatures.

The ability to save signatures is available now on version 10.0.59 of the EHR/EMR app. To download or update the app, check out our iTunes download page here.
