Practice Management Just Got Easier

We are proud to announce that we just made our practice management software schedule easier. If you haven’t already noticed there is a new way to view the schedule. The new way is the doctor view, this view is more valuable to your practice as the practice scales and there are more physicians, you can now see all physicians in one place on your schedule. This is the ideal view when booking a patient, you can see all physicians schedule in one central location.

So let me define the ways to view your schedule –

  • daily – this is a daily view for patients coming into the practice, it is the view for one doctor and the staff, you will need to switch between doctors daily view to see each physicians daily view or select multiple doctors from the left side view.
  • exam rooms – this is where you can see all of the resources you have all at once, these resources can be rooms, radiology machines, people, etc, think of this as the place where you can manage all resources and allocate patients and doctors to these resourses. One thing to note, all appointment templates only show up in the exam room view.
  • doctors (New!) – this is the new view, you can now see all doctors in one place all at the same time, so if a patient calls, and you need to schedule the patient for one doctor then another, that can be all done from here. See what doctors are free all at the same time!
  • weekly – this is the weekly view for patients coming into the practice, it is the view for one doctor and the staff, you will need to switch between doctors weekly view to see each physicians weekly view or select multiple doctors from the left side view.
  • monthly – this is the monthly view for patients coming into the practice, it is the view for one doctor and the staff, you will need to switch between doctors monthly view to see each physicians monthly view or select multiple doctors from the left side view.

One of our goals is to build our practice management schedule for larger and larger practices and this is a step in that direction!
