New Feature: Third Party Lab Integration!
We can now accept third party lab results through fax, directly to the message center. Please let us know your lab name, and we can set up a personal line for your lab!
Once the fax line is purchased, the doctor can give the fax number to that lab. That lab should then send all fax results to that number, and they will come into the message center as “Incoming Labs” and “Incoming Messages”, as seen below.
You can then tie it to a patient’s chart using the “Save attachment to patient chart” button. You can also add notes and other things, just like any other message in the message center.
