Update: Adding Business Logo to Clinical Notes

Per popular demand, you can now add your business logo to your Clinical Notes! If you haven’t uploaded your logo already, go to Account > Settings>Profile. Near the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a spot to “Choose” your Practice’s Business Logo. Once you’ve uploaded your logo, choose “Update Entire Profile.”

From here, you’re ready to set the logo to show up on your Clinical Notes. From the Account > Settings> General Settings section, you’ll go to the bottom of the screen under the Clinical Notes section.

Here, you can select either “Top-Left” or “Top-Center” for the placement of your Business Logo on the Clinical Note.

Now, you can see your logo on Clinical Notes on both the web platform and iPad Notes. The logo is automatically resized to fit on the Clinical Note.
