Update: Pick List for Billing Codes

We’re rolling out a highly requested feature: a Pick list for Billing Codes! Now, your most commonly used ICD-9 and CPT Codes will be automatically added to this list. In the Billing screen of the Appointment window, you select the “Choose Code from Pick List” button, and a new window will open up with your commonly used codes. From here, you can select the codes you want to insert into the appointment billing screen.

The Billing Pick List saves you the trouble of manually searching and adding the ICD-9 and CPT codes that you use most frequently. The list automatically populates with your most commonly used ICD-9 and CPT codes. You can also manually set the Common Code Pick List by adding them in the Fee Schedule section of Billing.

Combined with creating and using Billing Profiles, assigning Codes to patient appointments has never been easier!
